Molkerei Restaurant Cocktailbar in Rothenburg

So first of all: the food itself is great. Had ordered a selection across the menu 👍🏽. The service staff is also very friendly and on the ball. The hygiene protocol is also exemplary in these uncomfortable times. But: three weeks in advance to assign a group of 5 people the table between the open kitchen entrance (distance about 3m) and the entrance door (distance about 1m from the person sitting with his back to the door), if the email expressly asked for a BEAUTIFUL table please do I find something weak. I understand that the location is well attended, but just make a two-person niche in the corner so that it is not that close to the passageways. Thanks anyway for the good food and all the best!

The two of us wanted to have a warm lunch there on Sunday, it was already 2 p.m. At almost 30 °, the waitress named Alex put us in the blazing sun, we asked if we could sit in the shade, there was a table for 6 people and another larger table available. He had forbidden us to do this. After another question as to whether the tables in the shade were reserved, this was denied and it was stated that it could be that people could still come who fit at the table. He doesn't occupy a table of six with two people. It is not so, if this had actually been the case, that we could have cleared the table again. JOKE KOMM RAUS: when we got the drinks, two cyclists came, who were allowed to sit down at the table in the shade * lmao * we thought we were in the wrong film, we complained to the next waitress, who kindly offered us, that of course we can sit at the large table in the shade, but we decided to pay for the drinks and had lunch elsewhere. PS: There were 3 in total! occupied by umpteen tables.

The dairy is a place I love. Since the premises in the disused dairy have moved in, I think the whole concept is totally successful. The memory card is very extensive and the selection of drinks is just as good. I feel really good there, the people in the "Molke" are all super friendly.

Good selection, good food, very friendly service. Only that there is no light outside at the table in the evening and generally no lighting outside is very irritating. If you eat a little later, you no longer see your food. A couple of lanterns at the table would help.

In keeping with a relaxed short vacation in the beautiful Taubertal, we have now been able to spend two super nice evenings at the dairy in Rothenburg. The menu leaves nothing to be desired and the food keeps what the menu promises. As it should be with good food and a perfect evening, we were served very friendly, very quickly and always with a lot of humor by our waiter Steven on both evenings. With this great overall package we will definitely be back! PS: Especially in this time, which is dominated by Corona, there are QR codes on the tables, which you can use to access the menu on your mobile phone. The door handles on the inside have also been converted so that the doors can be opened easily with your arm instead of your hand. Class!

A restaurant bar in an old milk-factory, - a savior for starving tourists since their kitchen is open until 23! The portions are HUGE!!!

The food and drinks were good, the atmosphere is casual which is nice. The waitress was attentive and put up with our poor German. It was odd not actually getting a bill and just being told how much we owed.
